we recently stayed at the hilton and had a pleasant experience overall. the spacious suite we got was comfortable, although the bathroom amenities were quite basic. the welcome drinks and lounge check-in created a nice atmosphere. the staff was also helpful, particularly in recommending a great salon and assisting with getting an uber. the large pool was a hit with my colleagues, and the hotel's location on the corniche was perfect for a relaxing stroll.
Nothing, all great! 😊.

the hotel with incredible rooms, in a business area, next to the mosque. a flat-screen tv with cable channels, climate control and an individual safe in the room, favourable location. comfortable stay, as always.

The location it offers is magnificent, short walk to Jeddah, the resturant and the corniche / beach promenade. Make sure you stay in the deluxe king room with a hair dryer, toiletries, as example.

I had a frustrating experience with my hotel stay. Despite paying for everything in advance, my guest was wrongly charged for dinner, and no one followed up after I raised the issue. Just felt completely unprofessional and stressful!

The hotel's location is pretty awesome, right across from the Red Sea and super close to the Corniche, making evening strolls a breeze. The views from the room were just amazing, and I loved how spacious and clean everything was. Plus, the breakfast buffet was a fantastic way to start the day!
The service was a letdown. Check-in took ages, and some staff were downright rude. I felt like I had to chase them down for everything, including extra requests that went ignored for way too long. I expected way more for a supposedly great place. it just didn’t feel welcoming at times.

I had a great time at the hotel! The staff was super friendly, and I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade that had an amazing sea view. The lush surroundings really helped create a relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was a real treat, with fresh fruits, perfectly cooked eggs, and those yummy Arabic breads that were to die for. Plus, the location is unbeatable, making it easy to explore the area.
Some areas could use a bit of an update. The executive rooms feel a bit old, and I found it odd that there were no chargers next to the bed. the laundry service prices were a bit steep, even for a five-star spot. Despite these drawbacks, I’d still return for the overall experience!

Good place over the sea
I found that booking for more than one room was not easy for the receptionist to identify, that I have booked 2 rooms at the same time. I do not know why,he spend more than 5 min ,to identify no of rooms that I booked and the exact duration of stay for the other room. i guess he is jot a senior person.

Women's only health spa, fine view of the setting sun, executive restaurant on the 11th floor
Outdated carpets and lack of Chromecast in rooms!!! It's annoying that breakfast rules are overly strict and not clearly communicated!!!
